Firstly, in order for your IMG furniture to retain its unique beauty, you should never install it under direct sunlight or let it be directly exposed to open windows. All wood naturally changes colour and mellows over time primarily due to exposure to direct light. While this color change is imperceptible from day to day, it may be significant over a longer period of time due to the amount of light the wood is exposed to. To maintain the superior appearance of your vanity, you must also avoid extreme changes in temperature and keep it away from direct sources such as heaters and air conditioners.
Once installed, it is highly recommended that you dust your furniture with soft cloth in the direction of the grain at least few times every week and occasionally use a commercial wood cleaner that is not silicone based to thoroughly clean it.
Always be sure to dry off the vanity after cleaning it or if any liquid is spilled on it. To clean spills you should blot at the stain and not rub it. Be sure to clean up water spots as soon as possible to avoid any damage to the furniture.*

To maintain the long life of your marble top, blot stains with a soft cloth as soon as they happen. If a stain has been sitting for a while, dampen the area with hot water and blot. You should never just wipe the area and consider it done as this could further damage the top. In case of spills, remove immediately from the surface to avoid irreparable damages to the marble.
Aggressive chemicals such as but not limited to acids or abrasive agents such as toothpaste, mouthwash, colognes, lipstick, nail-polish remover, shaving cream, cosmetics must be used with great care.
Once installed it is highly recommended that you polish and seal the marble top as needed with an impregnating sealer for best results.*

The most common issue with ceramic is the appearance of staining over periods of use. This problem is especially common in areas with hard water supply where lime scale and other mineral deposits buildup over time. To remove any such stains, we highly recommend scrubbing the stain with a solution that is one part vinegar and three parts water. This will loosen the scale, making it possible to scrub it away. You may also try using proprietary lime scale removing products.*
