This limited warranty applies to all IMG Imports Inc. products including but not limited to vanities, basins, counter-tops, vessels, cosmetic mirrors, and their component parts against all manufacturers defects for one year from the date of shipment of your product(s) from our warehouse.
Please note that it is your responsibility to check the product(s) upon arrival to ensure there has been no damage during transportation. Product(s) installed with a manufacturers defect or a variation to your preference will not be exchanged or returned. For this reason, we strongly encourage you to examine your IMG product(s) upon delivery and determine whether any manufacturing defect or transport damage exists. Damage caused during transportation is not a manufacturers defect or a warranty issue and will not be considered as such. To ensure product quality, IMG quality control personnel carefully examines ALL item(s) prior to shipping. This examination is confirmed with a "quality control approved" seal placed on the box of your product(s). However, if you notice any impairment upon receiving the delivery of your product(s), it is your responsibility to notify IMG within 5 days of delivery (see page 4 for details) so that proper steps can be taken to resolve the issue.
During the first year of your IMG product(s), all defective part(s) will be replaced or repaired according to IMG's choice. If IMG determines that repair is impractical, you will be furnished a substitute unit of the same or similar colour, design, style and quality. During this process, IMG bears no responsibility of installation and/or uninstallation costs or any other labour charges associated with the repair, removal, reinstallation, or consequential damages.
After notification it may be necessary for IMG to arrange for an inspection of your product(s) to determine whether or not a manufacturing defect exists. IMG reserves the right to refuse a warranty claim if a non-‐warranty related impairment is determined by the inspector. Please also note that our warranty does not cover impairment caused by abusive treatment, misuse, neglect or damage due to faulty and/or improper installations.

As a natural material, wood presents variations in regards to form, colour and grain. As all wood naturally ages, it can darken or lighten up over time. While this colour change is not noticeable on daily bases, it can become significant over time. Such variations must be viewed as normal and do not qualify for a warranty claim.
Please note that on warranty replacement parts such as but not limited to drawer fronts or cabinet doors, IMG cannot guarantee an exact colour match to your old product(s) as they might present some of the variations mentioned above. Such situations must also be considered as normal and do not qualify for a warranty claim.
IMG examines each sold marble product very accurately before shipping in order to match its quality to high standards. You can be sure that the product you received underwent careful examination by locating the "quality control approved" symbol on your product box. However, as a natural stone, colour variations, streaks or micro fissures and pores are a natural occurrence and may cause multiple marble products to be different from each other. Such variations must be considered as normal and do not constitute a reason to qualify for a warranty claim.
All ceramic products are inspected by an IMG quality control personnel to ensure that the products being shipped meet the highest quality standards. You can be sure that the product you received underwent careful examination by locating the "quality control approved" symbol on your product box. However, because ceramic products such as but not limited to undermount basins, counter tops, or vessels are prone to everyday use and abuse, they can begin to give the appearance of staining. This is especially true in hard water areas where you have build up lime scale or similar mineral deposits. Such appearances are beyond the control of IMG and do not adhere to a manufacturers defect and therefore do not qualify for a warranty claim.
